Mr. Milan Dalal is the Chairman of Western Press Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Mumbai. Having ventured into business quite early in his career, he has over three decades of experience in running various industries like stock broking, financial services, banking, printing, travel, lifestyle retail, pharmacy, marketing and distribution, agro industry, exports and Real Estate. He is passionate about his work. He sits on Boards of various Listed Public Companies as also various Private Companies. He attributes Teamwork and integrity to be prime qualities.

Mrs. Rekha Dalal comes with several years of business experience, some direct, and others vicariously through her husband, Mr. Bhupen Dalal. She is a pillar of support, and provides a diverse and calm perspective when making key business decisions. Her strong belief in spirituality has guided our organisation on a moral and ethical path through the years. She holds a directorship in Western Press Private Limited and is a Trustee in the DMD Vayu Devta Temple Trust in Borivali.

Mr. Asim Dalal is part of the First Overseas Capital Limited team. In the last 32 years he has gained experience in International Banking, Project finance, Stockbroking, Printing, Retail and eCommerce. Until 2015, Asim was the Managing Director of Bombay Swadeshi Stores Limited (The Bombay Store). His earlier assignments include a noteworthy stint with Hill Samuel Bank Limited in London in their International Banking Division, followed by a stint in the Equity & Euro-products division of Société Générale Strauss Turnbull Securities Limited in London. Until recently he was the CEO and JV partner of Indo Count Retail Ventures Pvt. Ltd to lead the foray into the domestic market in India for home textiles.

Mr. Satyen Dalal is the Managing Director of First Overseas Capital Limited Post his education in the United Kingdom he has over 20 years of experience in the area of Investment and Corporate Banking services. With extensive exposure to Capital Markets, including Fundraising and Mergers & Acquisition. His main forte has been Mergers and Acquisition with a focus on Cross border deals. He has vast knowledge in all fields related to Equities, Commodities and Currency trading. His main areas of expertise are in the area of Pharma, Hospitality and Real Estate.

Mr. Pratul Dalal is the Executive Director of Western Press Private Limited since 1999 with an overall experience of over four decades in the travel industry, financial services segment and printing operations for the BFSI industry. He has been instrumental in bringing Western Press into a leading position in the IPO segment. Western Press has been ranked the Number ONE printer by PRIME Database for 12 of the last 14 years.

Mr. Jitendra Dattatraya Khot is the Manager Accounts at Western Press Private Limited. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Since December 2001, he has played an important role in efficiently managing the Company’s Finances and Accounts. With a strong financial experience of 32 years, Mr Khot brings in expertise in accounts and general management. He is an accomplished communicator, with excellent organizational, decision making, and time management skills, and has a proven track record for consistently meeting and regularly surpassing the goals and trends.

Mr. Sagar Vaijanath Khatak is the Manager of Business Development at Western Press Private Limited. He is a focused marketing professional with 5 years of experience in developing businesses and building strategies. He is a Masters of Management Studies degree holder from the University of Mumbai in the field of marketing and holds a bachelors’ degree in management studies from the University of Mumbai in the field of Finance.
